My first quilt

This is my first quilt ever to finish beginning to end by myself. (Technically my first quilt would have been a t-shirt quilt that I made for my boyfriend but I had a generous amount of help with that one.) 

When one of my good friends became pregnant, I was so excited to have someone to make a baby quilt for.  I convinced myself that she was having a girl so I bought some adorable girly fabric.  Turns out, I was wrong... she's having a boy.  Oh well, I still made the quilt and decided to keep the quilt for my own baby some day! 

 my quit definitely has its imperfections but I'm still proud of it.

 I think the back even turned out cute!
